Terms and Conditions


By purchasing from our website (www.attipas.com.au), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 


Attipas Australia accept payments via Stripe, Paypal, Zip or Afterpay. Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be dispatched. Note that if you pay via Paypal eCheque, your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared (typically, 5-7 working days). Paying by Paypal eCheque present the risk that your order may not be fulfilled when funds have cleared as the item(s) may have sold out in the interim. If such is the case, the customer will be informed and alternative item(s) will be offered. Note all pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST.


Order processing begins immediately after your payment has cleared and an order confirmation email has been generated. Orders cannot be changed, altered or cancelled once order confirmation has been confirmed. This includes coupons, which must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Please do not email us to change or cancel your order as this is not possible. To return your goods, please refer to Attipas Australia’s Returns Policy (below).


Coupons must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid (one coupon per order only). Coupons are not valid on sale items, gift packs or gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified). Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your coupon has been applied. Coupons cannot be applied once an order confirmation has been confirmed. Items purchased via coupons (including FREESHIP, NEWCUST, etc) are only valid for store credit when returned.


We aim to ship your order on the next business day via registered mail or courier. Please ensure you check your shipping address on the checkout page prior to payment as this address cannot be altered once processing has commenced. Standard postage is FREE > $100 otherwise $12.99 per order within Australia & NZ and includes tracking. Express post is available for $20 Australia-wide. We also ship internationally (all other countries) for a flat rate of $40 (6-27 business days).

You will receive an email once your order has been despatched, detailing your consignment number and carrier. Please ensure you track your order for updates. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to collect or other reasons, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original shipping cost is payable prior to us re-sending your order.


Gift wrapping is available for $10 per order and includes a beautiful calico bag with a stamped logo and a hand written note. Please select this option at cart if you would like your products gift wrapped. 


Please note if you pre-order any item then your entire order will not be despatched until the pre-order can be fulfilled. Estimated arrival date (ETA) is the date at which stock will arrive at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your backorder to be shipped per the above shipping terms. Please note estimated arrival date is an estimate only; delays to the arrival/clearance of containers may occur and this is out of our control. Attipas Australia will attempt to keep you informed as and when delays are made known to us. Please note any delays outside of our control do not warrant claims for compensation.


Returns are not permitted on sale items (see below 'SALE ITEMS'). Please note Attipas Australia do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a refund (valid on full priced items only) or a store credit (issued where any discount or coupon has been used) and then re-order as per your new requirements. We can process your return if item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be processed if items are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To return an item, please complete the Attipas Returns Form, print out the email you receive and include this with your return, as well as your original invoice and packing slip (where possible). Post all returns to the address specified on the Returns Form. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Please make sure that returns are packaged securely in a box and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Please note we take no responsibility for returns lost in transit. Note returns are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once your item(s) are received. Orders paid for via AfterPay or Zip are entitled to store credit only. Store credits issued for returned items are valid for a period of 3 years. If items are returned that do not adhere to the above conditions they will need to be collected from our Moorebank warehouse at the customer's cost and no exceptions will be made.


Sale items (including those marked '* FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS') are strictly not returnable (no refunds or store credits) so please choose carefully when purchasing. If sale items are returned they will need to be collected from our Alexandria warehouse at the customer's cost and no exceptions will be made.


By participating in our membership program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Members earn exclusive points for every $1 spent on purchases and can accrue additional points by signing up, following us on Instagram, sharing on Facebook, and writing reviews. Referral rewards are also available, allowing both referrers and referees to receive exclusive benefits. Points can be redeemed for discounts, with 100 points equating to a $10 discount, 200 points to a $20 discount, 500 points to a $50 discount, and 1000 points to a $100 discount, subject to minimum purchase requirements for each tier. Points are non-transferable and non-refundable, and any points earned from returned items will be void. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program and its Terms at any time. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 


Attipas Australia appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact Attipas Australia immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Attipas Australia can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions including replacement, credit or refund. Attipas Australia will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit or refund if the goods are returned within a reasonable time (being 30 days from the date of purchase), proof of purchase to our satisfaction is provided, and upon assessment the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault. We will not offer an exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.


Gift vouchers may be purchased for a minimum value of $30 and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please note gift vouchers are only redeemable for product via www.attipas.com.au and cannot be used at any Attipas Australia stockist (online or offline). Please choose carefully as we do not refund gift vouchers.


Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose any information submitted by you to any third parties, nor will we keep any of your payment details on file.

From time to time we may send communications to you via email or SMS including news, information and upcoming sales. You can unsubscribe from our emails or SMS at any time.


The above terms and conditions shall be governed by NSW law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
